We want our customers to feel absolutely satisfied with their purchases. However, we understand that you may want to exchange or return some items for a full refund. You have 30 days from the time your order (applicable items) was delivered to exchange or return your items by mail for a Full Refund* with a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. Customers pay for the return shipping.
What Jewelry Can or Cannot Be Returned or Exchanged?

- Items in original condition with no signs of wear, tear, nor mistreatment.
- Items with no alterations made by any other jeweler, company, or person other than JewelryVortex.
- Items with no special/custom orders including engravings or custom sizes.
*Special Note: Jewelry made by Dora Rings may have a 15% restocking fee. Any item that has a restocking fee will be noted in bold font in the product description. Refund does not include shipping costs.

- Items with wear, tear, or mistreatment.
- Items that show wear or alterations made by anyone other than JewelryVortex staff.
- Items with special/customer orders including engravings and/or custom sizing or any other alterations.
- Items that exceed the 30 days after the original delivery date.
- Items sent in packages without an RMA#.
Any jewelry that has one or more of these characteristics above will be ineligible for any refunds or exchanges.

Note on Exchanges: Exchanges can be made only within 30 days from when the original purchase was shipped. The 30-day return policy does not extend when an exchange is made. If you would like to make another exchange, you must complete this transaction within 30 days from the original purchase delivery date. For example, if your order was delivered on Aug 1, you can make any number of exchanges on applicable items between August 1 to August 31 of the same year only.
If you wish to exchange or return an item for a full refund, please follow our procedures below.
- Exchanges and returns must be handled over the phone or email. By Phone: Call our Returns & Exchanges Department at (888) 517-3777 during business hours from Monday - Friday, 10:00am - 2:00pm PT. When you reach a Customer Service member, you will be given an RMA# and mailing instructions. By Email: Email us here, and please be sure to include the following information:
- The name the order was under
- Order number
- Daytime phone
- Write the RMA# on the OUTSIDE of the package to be mailed with your jewelry item inside before shipping. We will refuse and not process any package without a visible RMA#.
- Do NOT write JewelryVortex.com or any other jewelry-related words on your package for security reasons.
- Send your package through any carrier of your choice. We highly recommend that you insure your package up to the value amount of your returned or exchanged jewelry because JewelryVortex is not responsible for any loss or damage that occurs with items that are shipped back to us to be processed as a return or exchange. Do NOT disclose the content when insuring the package for security reasons.
If your item is incorrect or damaged when you got your orders, we will refund up to $8 for the shipping return cost.

For orders placed between November 1, 2016 - January 1, 2017, our return policy extends from 30 days to 60 DAYS.
