JewelryVortex preregisters all orders on wedding bands without stones to our Limited Lifetime Warranty. All other jewelry purchases are preregistered to our One-Year Warranty starting on the delivery date. Both warranties apply to manufacturing defects only and excludes items with missing stones nor damages due to, yet not limited to, slamming, hitting, pounding, dropping, and everyday/normal wear and tear. Everyday/normal wear and tear includes, yet not limited to, loose prongs, scratches, and nicks.
If your item has a manufacturing defect, please contact us to exchange or return your order to our corporate headquarters for inspection, and we will repair or replace the item upon our discretion at no additional cost. In regards to jewelry with damages caused by everyday/normal wear and tear, you have the option of sending in your jewelry to be inspected and get a cost estimate to fix it. Polishing and rhodium plating of jewelry may require an additional fee. For applicable items covered and repaired under the lifetime and one-year warranties, we only charge a standard shipping fee to return the item back to you. Customers are responsible for paying for shipping both ways for repairs not covered under the warranties.
Diamond jewelry may be returned to our headquarters for free prong tightening and cleaning for the life of your fine jewelry. If you are interested in complimentary prong tightening and/or cleaning, please contact our Customer Service. Customers are responsible for shipping both ways. |
