The customer service was great and the item arrived earlier, way ahead of the schedule. I purchased the matching wedding rings and although I returned the item back for exchange because the rings looked so different than from the picture and the milligram is a little smaller than what it says, I will definitely purchase from jewelry vortex again. Most of all, I love the customer support and the fact that the package arrives on schedule. |

Cool looking band that is my wedding ring. Really like two tone design with the white and yellow gold, strong quality, durable over the first two months and still looks like new. Got it engraved and was great. |

Jewelry Vortex saved our wedding!!!!!! We originally purchased rings elsewhere, and 10 days before our wedding the delivered us crappy broken rings. Love this ring for many reasons but I'll just list the top 3! First was the surprise when receiving it. A truly magnificent surprise from my husband. Never had a proper engagement ring before we got married. My husband surprised me on our anniversary with this ring set. Amazing! Second, is just how great it looks and how it makes me feel when I wear it. Third, this ring represents where we were at one time and where we are now and the life we are building for our children. Happy on many levels. I hope a ring can make you as happy! |
