Benchmark jewelry is great, purhased previous rings from them and always have high quality items. This is the 2nd wedding band for my husband, the previous band had diamonds on it and was a pass me down through my family but not my husbands style. The customer service was great and the item arrived earlier, way ahead of the schedule. I purchased the matching wedding rings and although I returned the item back for exchange because the rings looked so different than from the picture and the milligram is a little smaller than what it says, I will definitely purchase from jewelry vortex again.
