The customer service was great and the item arrived earlier, way ahead of the schedule. I purchased the matching wedding rings and although I returned the item back for exchange because the rings looked so different than from the picture and the milligram is a little smaller than what it says, I will definitely purchase from jewelry vortex again. Got this ring a few days after I ordered it. It's even more beautiful than pictured. Engraving was free and customer service was great. The price was also 1/3 of the local jewlery store. Buy from here, its a win win !!
