Excellent quality and a really beautiful yellow gold ring. Actually looks just like the picture out of the box. The thickness of the band is ideal for my husband who is of a larger build and does have a “comfort-fit” like the description says.

The customer service was great and the item arrived earlier, way ahead of the schedule. I purchased the matching wedding rings and although I returned the item back for exchange because the rings looked so different than from the picture and the milligram is a little smaller than what it says, I will definitely purchase from jewelry vortex again. Most of all, I love the customer support and the fact that the package arrives on schedule.

Very happy with this purchase and the overall quality of the jewelrly. They are so cute and sparkly! I've bought a lot of jewelry and I can honestly say these diamond earrings got the best reaction as a gift. Not sure the exact reason, but they've been worn a couple of times and they do look great.

I'm very impressed with the quality of this ring! Saw the same ring for $280 more on an auction site--so I know I got a great deal when I ordered it from Jewelry Vortex! I will definitely order more rings from this site. The only thing I was unhappy with is when I e-mailed customer service to find out when my ring will be shipped, I never got an answer. I had to make a phone call to get an answer. My shipping was upgraded to over night, so that was nice. Wonderful quality and prices!!!

I wear this ring sparingly but when I do I always bring a story with it. I like to tell people that the cable is from the original tacoma narrows bridge that collapsed and I'm preserving it in my ring. People are always amazed by it. Ok really, the ring is strong and even though it’s black, it has a great shine, not dull.
