I was very satisfied with this ring. It is an awesome ring and not only is my fiance excited to wear it on our wedding day, he even loves the box it came in. I'm very impressed with the quality of this ring! Saw the same ring for $280 more on an auction site--so I know I got a great deal when I ordered it from Jewelry Vortex! I will definitely order more rings from this site. The only thing I was unhappy with is when I e-mailed customer service to find out when my ring will be shipped, I never got an answer. I had to make a phone call to get an answer. My shipping was upgraded to over night, so that was nice. Wonderful quality and prices!!!

It's a great ring, cheaper than other Benchmarks I saw in a store -- simple and classic, just the way I like it. I did have to use the lifetime warranty and got it replaced no problem.

Easy ring to purchase, customer service helped me pick it out - it's a simple gold ring that a woman can wear with anything. She loves it b/c it's Benchmark and the gold has a beautiful shine. I've found a loophole in the husband gift giving black hole of dislike. Perfect gift.
