The customer service was great and the item arrived earlier, way ahead of the schedule. I purchased the matching wedding rings and although I returned the item back for exchange because the rings looked so different than from the picture and the milligram is a little smaller than what it says, I will definitely purchase from jewelry vortex again. I'm really into two tone bands and my fiance is into that look as well, so we purchased this as a wedding band. It looks great and very unique. Prepare to have people bring it up in conversation. Feels strong but it is light and I thought the grooves might collect dirt but he wears it 24/7 and it's fine.

Not too heavy, diamonds are tiny but they still have a shimmer to them. I do get compliments when I wear them, which has been sparingly at the moment but hope to have more chances to wear them.
