The customer service was great and the item arrived earlier, way ahead of the schedule. I purchased the matching wedding rings and although I returned the item back for exchange because the rings looked so different than from the picture and the milligram is a little smaller than what it says, I will definitely purchase from jewelry vortex again. I am so happy with this ring! Almost embarrassed with all the compliments it gets. Completely beautful, stunning, and all those good things but the uniquness sets it apart. Can't believe the price because I expected it to be much more. Love it!

On my own to find a wedding band and found this as a great alternative to the standard yellow gold band. Love the overall look and how in sunlight can look almost like a prism or something. It's cool.

Came as expected on tiem, looks great in a beautiful set. The diamonds are gorgeous, and my gf loves how it sparkles. Would like a bigger diamond in the center but for the price, its a deal. We'll just replace it later on. Engraving looked good too. Beautiful ring!
