The customer service was great and the item arrived earlier, way ahead of the schedule. I purchased the matching wedding rings and although I returned the item back for exchange because the rings looked so different than from the picture and the milligram is a little smaller than what it says, I will definitely purchase from jewelry vortex again. Most of all, I love the customer support and the fact that the package arrives on schedule. |

My wife loves hearts and charms and this fit both those criteria. I love a good buy, good shipping, and easy to navigate website, this fit my criteria. Good purchase and will shop here again. |

Simply gorgeous :) It definitely is a beautiful diamond band that sparkles through and through and the gold has a nice shine. I love wearing it!!! I also like the wooden box it came with, which has a beautiful color and adds a nice touch with this ring. |
