The customer service was great and the item arrived earlier, way ahead of the schedule. I purchased the matching wedding rings and although I returned the item back for exchange because the rings looked so different than from the picture and the milligram is a little smaller than what it says, I will definitely purchase from jewelry vortex again. Most of all, I love the customer support and the fact that the package arrives on schedule. |

Ring looks awesome!! My wife can't stop talking about how cute it looks. She likes the designs on the sides and the heart. The inside part kinda looks like it sparkles sorta like it has some crystals, which is cool. Shipped quick. Worried that dirt can easily get inside the grooves but not much to complain about. |

Bigger than I was expected. I saw the picture and thought they might be tiny, but they are of decent size. They shimmer in the sun and absolutely glow at night, really an exquisite set of earrings. |
