The customer service was great and the item arrived earlier, way ahead of the schedule. I purchased the matching wedding rings and although I returned the item back for exchange because the rings looked so different than from the picture and the milligram is a little smaller than what it says, I will definitely purchase from jewelry vortex again. I love this ring! It doesn't necessarily have to be a wedding band. Can be worn as a fashion ring. Very comfortable to wear but has a lot of presence! Highly recommend.

Did not have any reason for originally buying this ring but I really liked how it looked and knew I would wear it. I like wider rings and how they look on my hands-thinner than I originally expected but it's ok b/c it makes it look less bulky and go well with evening wear.

Nice color and pattern. The ring is very thin, and feels like you may be able to squeeze it together by accident. The edge of the ring is very sharp, and you should be careful to not scratch yourself or your loved one. I'm going by a jewelry store to have the edges smoothed.
