The price for the earrings with 14k and half carat of diamonds was nice, especially with the free shipping. the quality is good too, especially for the price, better than other major stores I've been to where the diamonds look kind of cloudy and seem cheaply made. Great buy.

The customer service was great and the item arrived earlier, way ahead of the schedule. I purchased the matching wedding rings and although I returned the item back for exchange because the rings looked so different than from the picture and the milligram is a little smaller than what it says, I will definitely purchase from jewelry vortex again. It's a great ring, cheaper than other Benchmarks I saw in a store -- simple and classic, just the way I like it. I did have to use the lifetime warranty and got it replaced no problem.
