The customer service was great and the item arrived earlier, way ahead of the schedule. I purchased the matching wedding rings and although I returned the item back for exchange because the rings looked so different than from the picture and the milligram is a little smaller than what it says, I will definitely purchase from jewelry vortex again. A terrific price for an engagement and wedding band set with over a carat worth of diamonds around the bands. Past, Present, Future ring is what I was looking for and the mounting is quality and strong-I may have a bit of the band shaved down since it is thicker for my hands but overall I love this ring and would recommend it.

Excellent quality and a really beautiful yellow gold ring. Actually looks just like the picture out of the box. The thickness of the band is ideal for my husband who is of a larger build and does have a “comfort-fit” like the description says.

This ring is absolutely beautiful! I bought it for a wedding band for my husband. He's in the Army and works with big trucks all day so he needed something durable and this was perfect. 2 years later and still not a scratch on it.
