The customer service was great and the item arrived earlier, way ahead of the schedule. I purchased the matching wedding rings and although I returned the item back for exchange because the rings looked so different than from the picture and the milligram is a little smaller than what it says, I will definitely purchase from jewelry vortex again. Bigger than I was expected. I saw the picture and thought they might be tiny, but they are of decent size. They shimmer in the sun and absolutely glow at night, really an exquisite set of earrings.
