The customer service was great and the item arrived earlier, way ahead of the schedule. I purchased the matching wedding rings and although I returned the item back for exchange because the rings looked so different than from the picture and the milligram is a little smaller than what it says, I will definitely purchase from jewelry vortex again. Jewelry Vortex saved our wedding!!!!!! We originally purchased rings elsewhere, and 10 days before our wedding the delivered us crappy broken rings. Ring looks awesome!! My wife can't stop talking about how cute it looks. She likes the designs on the sides and the heart. The inside part kinda looks like it sparkles sorta like it has some crystals, which is cool. Shipped quick. Worried that dirt can easily get inside the grooves but not much to complain about.
