Another reviewer mentions htat this is titanium. It is not. It is Tungsten, which is heavier. I've had this ring for 6 years, and there is absolutely no sign of wear. Not a scratch, not a blemish. You should know that the matte finish on the design is mildly abrasive. I use it to polish my fingernails. But being made of tungsten it will scratch finished surfaces and glass, so you have to be a little careful what you glide your hand over when you are wearing this ring.

The customer service was great and the item arrived earlier, way ahead of the schedule. I purchased the matching wedding rings and although I returned the item back for exchange because the rings looked so different than from the picture and the milligram is a little smaller than what it says, I will definitely purchase from jewelry vortex again. Most of all, I love the customer support and the fact that the package arrives on schedule.

Just received this ring for my fiance', it is gorgeous. A little darker in color than in the picture, but that is good! We both love it and are very happy with our choice. This wedding band looks beautiful, maybe more for a man but may be a little too big for a woman, at least for me. We wanted matching rings and we both liked the braid design so I'm still going to keep it.
For the engraving - everything came out as expected.
